What are your 2010 technology resolutions?

Hi teachers - and welcome to 2010!
Technology in the classroom has become a hot button issue for many of you, and it is inspiring to see so many teachers exploring Twitter, blogging, and collaborating on education technology topics on the www.
As the end of 2009 approached, I noticed some interesting additions to the typical "end of the year round ups" in the realm of entertainment and media. Teachers are getting into the game with their own aggregations of what's hot and what's not - and it's a lot more compelling than Paris Hilton's 10 worst outfits.
Here are a few great reads to inspire and challenge you as you head back into the classroom.

According to a new national research report, “Digitally Inclined,” compiled by Grunwald Associates LLC for PBS, teachers are making significant progress in adoption of digital media and Internet use. These findings clearly signal widespread changes in both early childhood and K-12 education, including more effective individualized instruction. Read more.

I believe that giving teachers technology tools that enhance the teaching experience is important

here are some ideas
CACOO is a free, web based, collaborative white board application.

Google Custom Search allows teachers and teacher-librarians to create custom search services which will give students real searching experience but within a controlled environment.
