Cool Research Opportunity for Physics Teachers Interested in Social Media

Had a chance today to chat with Dr Rachel Moll from the Faculty of Education, Vancouver Island University. Many of you may know Rachel has been actively involved with APT and the BC chapter. She is currently looking at developing a theory of how social media is changing how students learn science and to make recommendations for how teachers can effectively use social media to teach science.

I asked her to share her research proposal with the community and perhaps some of you may wish to join her project. More information to follow in the next couple of days from Rachel.
