I was going to mention that my simple method of to help kids understand straight line graphs was to put the
"physics equation" into the form of y = mx + b…"

I took your ppt and recorded my oral reading of each slide. He then played it as a slideshow and could HEAR each slide. He really enjoyed it. It was a perfect intro for Chapter 7."
